Have you forgotten your password or want to change it for security? You can reset it easily on the ValidSign login page. This guide will help you through the process.
Step 1 - Go to the login page
Go to https://my.validsign.eu/login. On the login screen, click the Forgot your password? link below the form to reset your password.
Step 2 - Enter your email address
Enter your ValidSign account email and click Submit. You will receive an email with further instructions.
Tip: Use the email you registered with. If unsure, contact your organisation's administrator or support@validsign.eu.
Step 3 - Check your inbox
A password reset email from ValidSign will arrive shortly with a link to reset your password. Click the button or URL in the email to proceed.
Note: If you don't see the email within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder. The reset link expires soon, so use it promptly.
Step 4 - Set a new password
You will be redirected to set a new password. Enter and confirm your new password.
Your password must:
- Be at least 12 characters long
- Meet 4 of these rules:
- Include an uppercase letter
- Include a lowercase letter
- Include a digit
- Include one special character: ~ ! @ # $ % ^ & *
Click Submit to save your password.
Tip: Use a strong, unique password and consider a password manager for security.
Done!
Your password has been changed. You can now log in at https://my.validsign.eu/login using your new password.
