As previously communicated, our data will be migrating from KPN to the hosting environment of Shock Media B.V. as of May 15, 2026. Although the data will remain in the Netherlands, this move involves new public IP addresses. This change will be implemented during the update scheduled between May 15 and May 18. The final list of IP addresses is now available.
Action is required if you:
Use sender email services where emails are sent via your own domain name using the SMTP protocol for authentication, and IP whitelisting is applied;
Use an integration between ValidSign and an on-premise application (which requires IP whitelisting for sending transactions or receiving callbacks);
If your integration is managed by a third-party provider (cloud application), please forward this email to them.
