Yes that is possible. You can have several people sign on one e-mail address. You can give different names to a signer. The e-mail address is the same, but a different name can be added each time.
Several emails will then be sent to this email address. These emails also contain a different salutation. In this way, it immediately becomes clear which email suits a signer.
