When you use the SalesForce integration, you need to upgrade to continue using this integration. In this article you will find a step by step guide about this upgrade. You have to upgrade the SalesForce integration to the https://my.validsign.eu/ instance.
Go to the ValidSign App and go to Admin:
Make sure you disconnect the current connection. Then go to setup – app manager – ValidSign Connected app
Click on Edit.
Change the Callback URL from https://my.validsign.nl/oauth2/salesforce to --> https://my.validsign.eu/oauth2/salesforce
And also change the Canvas App URL from https://my.validsign.nl to --> https://my.validsign.eu.
Go to the Setup and click on Remote Site Settings – ValidSign and click on Edit.
Now change the Remote Site URL from https://my.validsign.nl to https://my.validsign.eu.
It is time to reconnect the SalesForce integration again from the Owner account of your ValidSign system, in the same account in SalesForce.
